Description

On Friday 11/8/13, my new-to-me 2002 KTM 400 EXC was stolen from Lower Queen Anne, Seattle. It is unplated, but registered as a WA state ORV in my name. It has a few minor distinguishing features, but in general looks like another beat-up EXC. The thieves cut the chain with bolt cutters.

Also taken were the black, powder-coated, aluminum Happy Trails panniers from my DR650(this bike was not stolen.) They are a little beat up, but in functioning condition. There are various stickers on the backs of them.
